Abstract

The present scientific article was developed in the state of Roraima - Brazil, this one is in the portion of the Northern Amazon with its border borders in the Northeast: with the Cooperative Republic of Guyana and in the North: with the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Still, it borders the states: in the Southeast, with Pará and; South and Northwest, the Amazon. The objective of this work is to explain the concept of Territorial Etno-Affection thought and grounded by the author during the elaboration of the doctoral thesis, under the epistemological light of the concepts of Territory and Social Cartography. The methodology was developed through: theoretical research (with visits in public libraries) and virtual (in sites); field visits (in loco) and technical visits to government agencies such as the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), the National Indian Foundation (FUNAI), the Federal University of Roraima (UFRR) in the acquisition of information and data on the theme of work. However, it is relevant to discuss in the academic scope the scientific productions that develop new concepts and, mainly, to contextualize the studies in the states of the Legal Amazon.
