Terrestrial ecosystems play a crucial role in the global carbon cycle, mitigating the effects of global warming. Studies of energy exchange in ecosystems This study aims to estimate Gross Primary Production, Net Primary Productivity, and Respiration of the Ecosystem in the Caatinga Biome in the face of climate change. Measurements were obtained, and the climate characterization of the period from 2015 to 2019 was carried out to verify whether the carbon fluxes followed the climatic seasonality of the region. The results showed that the average values of the flows were consistent with the weather patterns. The variation of daily carbon fluxes associated with environmental variables and land use and cover for the entire Caatinga domain were evaluated. Models were used from the spectral bands observed in the field, and the estimates for different ecoregions of the Caatinga were verified. It was observed that the altitude areas (Complexo Ibiapaba-Araripe and Chapada Diamantina) obtained higher values of GPP, Reco, and NEE, and Depressão Sertaneja Meridional obtained low values between the years 2015 and 2019
